About GRI

What is GRI?

The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR® associations. The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI designation (Graduate REALTOR® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® may hold the GRI designation.

The Arizona GRI designation program will:

  • Enable Arizona REALTORS® the flexibility to earn a nationally recognized designation that works with his/her schedule.
  • Enable Arizona REALTORS® the ability to earn multiple designations at one time.
  • Meet the needs of today’s Arizona REALTOR®.
  • Take less class time and require less time out of the office.

Continuing Education

Most GRI classes have been approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) and offer license renewal continuing education credit.

The Instructors

Are some of the best in Arizona. Our instructors are continually evaluated by students, class monitors, and a workgroup, and must maintain a minimum rating of 4.5 out of a possible 5.0.
