Failed Exam Policy:
GRI exams require a 70% passing grade. Students who fail a GRI exam have 30 days to retest for a fee of $25. The retest request must be made via email to BrittniMatt@aaronline.com within 30 days of failing the exam. If the student does not pass the exam a second time or does not request a retest, they will be required to take the class again.
Missed Exam Policy:
Students who do not complete GRI exams within the 72-hour time-frame will receive a failing grade. A one-day extension may be requested for a fee of $25. The extension request must be made via email to Education@aaronline.com within 24-hours of the exam closing. If the exam is not completed within the approved extension period, the student will be required to retake the entire class plus exam to receive GRI credit. Any extension requests received two or more days past the exam time-frame, will be denied. Only one extension will be granted per student per 12-month period.
