2026 GRI Scholarship

Have you been thinking about earning the GRI designation?

The 2026 GRI Scholarship program is designed to help you advance your knowledge and career by starting OR finishing your pathway to earn your GRI Designation.

This scholarship will cover the 2026 class registration fees for GRI “Core” classes taken between January 1, 2026—December 31, 2026. (Core classes have “GRI” in the class title).

(Note: There are classes in addition to the GRI “Core” classes required to earn the GRI Designation—refer to the GRI Designation Requirements sheet.)

Applicant Eligibility:

Applicant must be a sales agent, broker, or manager, be an active member in good standing with the Arizona REALTORS^® and can not currently hold the GRI Designation.
Applicant must have taken his/her first GRI Core class after January 1, 2022 OR have been in real estate for less than 4 years.

GRI Scholarship Application Process & Timeline:

Submit online application no later than December 19, 2025
GRI Advisory Board will review applications between Dec 29-31, 2025
Applicants will be notified of approval by January 15, 2026
Courses must be completed* before December 31, 2026
The scholarship will cover the registration fees for the GRI Core classes the applicant lists on the scholarship form
Approved scholarship recipient must register directly with the local association offering the classes at least 2 weeks prior to the class date
